TCN Worldwide has published their 4th quarter State of the Market Report for the Eastern region. Hugh Kelly, PhD, CRE published the 4th quarter report with statistics that included a drop in the unemployment rate, nearly no inflation, soon-to-be expected interest increases and a positive economy outlook at the end of the 2015.
