Staff Focus – Chuck Heller

Chuck HellerChuck Heller has negotiated complex sales and lease transactions from retail properties to manufactured home communities to development land in the Harrisburg region for nearly two decades. I grew up in construction and really enjoyed working summers with my father – then he introduced me to the commercial real estate world and I didn’t look back. I’ve enjoyed it ever since.

After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Information Services, Chuck landed an internship with Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. I interned with them for 4 months. After the internship ended, it turned into a full time position.

Chuck likes that every day is different in the commercial real estate industry. Every day you meet someone new. You are always learning.

He has proven himself a leader in the multi-family market, publishing an extensive market study on evaluating apartment rental rates and occupancy. His quarterly research keeps him apprised of changing market trends. It is Chuck’s dedication, attention to detail and proactive mindset that has sustained many strong relationships between he and prominent property owners in South Central Pennsylvania.

He currently serves on the Harrisburg Regional Chamber Government Relations Committee, the Apartment Association of Central Pennsylvania, as well as Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey, both the National and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (NAR) (PAR), and is a member of the Public Relations Committee for the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors.

Chuck and his wife Janelle have been happily married for 12 years. They have three children Lexi, Braden and Ellie.
