Staff Focus – Andrew Kohr

Andrew-KohrSales has always been in my blood. Andrew Kohr, Realtor with Landmark Commercial Realty, has always been in the sales field. In college I worked in newspaper sales, after graduating I worked in radio sales then television sales. My entire career has been in sales and marketing.

A new opportunity arose for him in the late 90’s. I took control of my sales future and entered the real estate field. Andrew has been with other firms but found a home at Landmark eight years ago.

Andrew has maintained a reputation for being confident, honest, loyal and hard-working with his clients across his 20 years in the commercial real estate industry. One of his biggest strengths is the ability to listen and understand what both buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants need to make a deal work so everyone will win.

He has completed deals on many office, retail and investment properties and over his many years in the industry has remained close to some of his earliest clients; nurturing a strong work relationship that has helped many find the right deals for their investments.

Currently, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), and the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors (GHAR). He is a past board member of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce, along with Community Trust Company. Andrew also volunteers with the Mt. Olivet Cemetery as President – working with the organization’s board of directors and The Foundation for Enhancing Communities in making sure they maintain a solid financial future for years to come.

Andrew has been married to his wife, Kim, for nearly four decades. They have two sons and one grandson.
