As Senior Vice President of the Office Services Group, Posavec has specialized in office and business park property leasing as well as tenant representation since 1988. Before joining the company, he was a sales/leasing associate with a local commercial real estate firm where he served for three years.
With nearly $1.5 billion in total sales in his career, Posavec has extensive experience representing companies in the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of office and business park properties. Also, he advises firms on site selection and location analysis. He is highly recognized as the authority on the office market in the mid-state and is the author of the publication “MarketWatch,” an office analysis of the Harrisburg Marketplace. Posavec has represented major national and international companies, assisting in securing a location for several thousand central Pennsylvania-based companies.
