Nick Sallack

Nick joined Landmark in November 2019. He specializes in advising Central Pennsylvania-based small businesses and not-for-profit organizations on their real estate needs, helping them achieve their organizational and financial goals. Leveraging Landmark’s extensive network and market knowledge, Nick assists local owners in growing their portfolios and maximizing returns on their properties. He uses his extensive marketing background and knowledge of current technology and marketing channels in commercial real estate to develop creative and effective strategies for challenging properties, delivering outstanding value to his clients.

Before returning to Central Pennsylvania and joining Landmark, Nick spent five years in marketing and client services at the Bethesda, MD, and Tysons Corner, VA offices a top-10 worldwide commercial real estate brokerage firm. He lives in Harrisburg with his wife and their two dogs.
