Compass Group USA will expand their processing and distribution facilities in Schuylkill, Lehigh and Dauphin County in 2016. In a separate transaction, a group of New York investors plan to reopen the former Ceoltas Irish Pub in downtown Harrisburg as a gastropub this summer.
VMV Restaurant Group LLC paid $630,000 for the property at 310 N. Second St., according to Dauphin County deed records.
The same investors closed on the purchase of The Quarter, a long-vacant restaurant at 321 N. Second St., last month.
Bo Mangam of Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. represented the investment group on both deals. Nik Sgagias of NAI/CIR represented the sellers.
Also happening in Central PA, ARIA USA purchased a 10,000 s/f office property located at 4661 Trindle Rd., Camp Hill. Roy Brenner and Tom Posavec, SIOR represented both parties in the transaction.
1124 N.3rd Street, LLC. has leased retail space to JM Thrift and Vintage Shop, owned by Jose Montano. Seymour Barget of Landmark Commercial represented both parties in this transaction.
James Vending Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation has leased 4,800 s/f at 5060 Ritter Rd. in Mechanicsburg. Bill Gladstone, CCIM of NAI/CIR Gladstone Group represented the tenant and Chuck Heller of Landmark represented the landlord.
Successful Financial Solutions, LLC has leased 1,254 s/f of office space at 5521 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg. Denise Cass of High Associates represented the tenant and Andrew Kohr of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owners.
