In her role, Karen will use the expertise she’s garnered over 20 years in commercial real estate and office administration to provide accounting support for the brokerage team. Karen focuses on processing leases and sales for billing; recording sale & lease data; receiving payments & processing commissions for payments. She also handles client monthly billings and handling inquiries, as well as escrow deposits & distributions.
