Michael Curran, SIOR, and Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, showcased their expertise by representing landlords in two substantial medical lease renewals valued at over $30 million combined. These successes were individually recognized in the category Markets with an MSA population of less than 1.5 million, where they earned the second and third rankings as well as the seventh and eight over all Top Ten TCN Worldwide Deals.
Grace earned the #2 spot in the office division with the disposition of 1001 N 6th Street, the current home to Dauphin County Health and Human Services. This 58,000 SF office sale in Harrisburg, PA highlighted the firm’s commitment to the community, client relationships, their ability to navigate complex deals, and deliver exceptional results.
In the retail domain, Sean Fitzsimmons represented the seller of Patton Place, a 100% occupied regional shopping center in Dauphin County, for $4.1 million. His strategic approach and market knowledge ensured a successful outcome for the client.
Curran and Grace once again demonstrated their expertise with the sale of an 81,200 SF flex property at Eisenhower Business Center valued at $9.7 million, further solidifying Landmark Commercial Realty’s reputation for excellence. This deal was represented in two categories, earning them second place in the Industrial category and fifth in Markets with an MSA Population less than 1.5 million.
Justin Shoemaker represented Landmark in the Multi-Family/Land Deals category with the sale of a 6.7-acre residential multi-family development site valued at $3.5 million. This transaction will pave the way for the development of 156-unit Garrison Heights Apartment Complex in Susquehanna Union Green, showcasing Landmark Commercial Realty’s ability to facilitate significant development projects.
