The award-winning transaction involved securing a substantial 349,242 square-foot lease for global freight and logistics service provider, JAS Worldwide, at the First Logistics Center @ 283 in Elizabethtown. Owned by First Industrial Realty Trust, the state-of-the-art facility offers nearly 700,000 square feet of prime industrial space and is strategically located near key transportation routes and logistical hubs.
